Roller skating comes with many benefits besides being just plain fun. Roller skating is great for your endurance since it is a cardiovascular activity and also a great calorie burner. In addition to it being great exercise, roller skating is a fun way to listen to music and catch up with friends. Groups large and small can benefit from roller skating in ways beyond exercise. Even a short session of talking with friends can help to lower stress and increase your feel-good brain chemicals.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING!
We scheduled a youth skating event and everyone had a blast! All the staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our group. I highly recommend Sky View as a family friendly place to host your next party!
After my son recently went to Sky-Vue for a school field trip, my husband and I decided to take our children this past Saturday afternoon. We were immediately greeted by the owner and warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was very fun and exciting and the venue wasn’t over crowded. They made sure to have instructional time for the kids, free skating, and even games that the children could play every so often. The owner even came over several times to talk with us. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning!
We had my daughters 8th birthday here and it was by far the best birthday she has ever had! Everyone at sky-vue was so helpful with the set up distribution of food and Ms. Denise even gave a skating lesson for the younger kids. All the adults and kids had a blast we will definitely be back again!
